It's a well-known fact that wine goes well with food. But how many times have you prepared food with the wine actually in it? Wine has a way of bringing out unique and exciting flavors in many dishes. Unlike most specialty spices and seasonings, finding wine is as easy as a trip to the corner grocery store. And you don't have to use your favorite bottle of Beaujolais or Gewurtztraminer. Many wines of lesser reputation will do just fine.
