Cocoa Halva Cream |

1 qt. vanilla ice cream 2 lb. halva 1 bottle of chocolate syrup 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup slivered almonds Whipped cream Leave the ice cream out of the freezer until it becomes soft enough to spread. Cover the bottom of a 8x8 inch cake pan with 1/4-inch slices of halva. Top with soft ice cream. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup. Repeat halva, ice cream and chocolate. Top with a sprinkling of coconut and almonds. Re-freeze. Serve individual slices with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and almonds. |
