Walnut Fudge Pudding Cake |

1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup light cream 2 Tbs. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped walnuts 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1-1/2 cups boiling water Whipped cream In a large bowl, stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp. cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add cream, melted butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread into ungreased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl stir together 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Stir in boiling water. Pour evenly over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it tests done. Serve warm with whipped cream. |
