Fed up with the gray skies of
January? Bring a little sunshine into your life by turning your next gathering into a
Tropical Winter Paradise Party! Fire up the hot tub, light the tiki torches, break out the
Martin Denny tapes and get ready for an exotic escapade that makes Bali Hi look like
Alcatraz! Make your restless natives happy with one of our festive island appetizers! They'll scramble for sweet Polynesian Kabobs, and they'll go "crackers" for some juicy Lomi Salmon. If you've got your heart set on barbecueing at the ceremonial fire pit, try our zesty Mango BBQ Sauce for a delightful change from the ordinary! Temptation Island would be more tempting with one of our delicious main dishes! We recommend our hearty Jamaican Chicken, traditional Kalua Pork, a Stuffed Papaya that's better than buried treasure, and a dish that'll bring 'em swinging from the trees - Banana Pork Chops. And now for something really sweet, try one of our "desserted island" specials! We suggest a tasty Haupia (coconut pudding) for a simple, tasty treat. Or if you're in a baking mood, how about Philippine Bibingka or a tangy Mango-Raspberry Crisp? Whichever you choose, these sweets are sure to please! To make the party a total tropical success, sprinkle generously with mixed fruits and nuts. (Well that goes without saying!) And don't forget the luscious libations. Nothing says "hang loose" like our Mango Melon Colada. Or, for a cocktail fit for a tribal chief, we suggest our Beachcomber's Bounty cocktail. |
